Why do you: Think you have pancreatitis?Why do you not believe what the ER doctor told you?Did the ER do any testing, blood work, etc? If your blood work was negative , then you don't have it. If you had no testing to confirm or deny, go see another doctor and find out. But frankly, I haven't seen a teenager with pancreatitis that wasn't deathly ill and in need of hospitalization.
