See your doctor: It's difficult to say the cause of your symptoms, but the posibility of aphasia must be considered. Aphasia is a language problem that causes abnormalities of comprehension and speaking. If the symptoms have occured suddendly some type of stroke might be the cause. If the problem has developed more gradually, dementia is a concern. Other causes are possible, a full exam is needed. See your doctor.
