Analyze your posture and hand placement and then improve work conditions by using proper preventive keyboards to use hands in a less stressful manner. There are special keyboards that are made to be orthopedically more friendly to the hands. Improve chair posture and rest frequently.

Hand Injury: Stretching and splinting are the safest. As long as there are no circulation issues iwhile splinting can help but be careful not too make the bandage or straps too tight. Anti-inflammatories at a doctors direction can help too. The computer often is not the cause. Associated issues may include arthritis untreated infections, fractures and severe sprains will worsen even with supportive care.
