I'm mispronouncing common words and forgetting what i was going to say mid-sentence. when typing, im skipping words in sentences and have to re-read multiple times to catch each missing word. its like my brain is skipping or blanking on and off?

Agree with Dr Lentnek. You could have emotional challenges, complex migraines, a demyelinating disorder, occult infection, medication reactions, but also could be a consequence of vitamin deficiencies and recreational drug exposure. You might benefit by neuropsychological testing to sort this all out...
