I am not aware: Of any medical condition called floppy colon. Some people have colon that is loosely attached to retroperitoneum and that can sometimes lead to volvulus, or twisting. But these conditions are usually discovered at surgery. As your herbalist what he means, and how he can tell without actually visualizing the colon.
