Constipation: You need to add fiber in form of fresh vegetables in your diet, drink a lot of water, avoid meat and white flour, take Metamucil or miralax to cleanse bowel, avoid gas producing food, like left overs, poorly cooked beans and meats. Will have to continue on daily basis. Can try GAS X , and or OTC laxatives like Dulcolax if still not better.
