Prime doc says positive rnp, rheumy says negative ana, and false positive for mctd. no symptoms but hashimotos. does this sound conclusive?

See below: There a lot of false positive rnps. There are certain criteria that must be met to be labeled with mctd. If your rheumatologist says that is not consistent with mctd, he or she may be right, but we cannot comment definitive without performing an exam and reviewing your history and labs.
