Adon't trust test: ANA and ENA tests are unreliable and not how mctd or other autoimmune diseases are diagnosed. These diseases are diagnosed based on history and physical examination. The lab tests help in the diagnosis but do not provide any definite answers. Trust your rheumatologist to help you find an answer.
