I have had red splotches on my eyelids and under my eyes for 6-8 months. i have had a full myositis blood panel and cbc, c1, c4 all negative but my rnp is 1.7. with only a positive rnp and not ana rule out mctd ?

Eyelid red splotches: This is most likely a benign skin condition and not a connective tissue disease and all laboratory testing will not be useful. Go see Dermatologist in person or via teledermatology for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
