I struggle to breathe through my diaphragm and when i do i cough out bloody mucus. my dr. said blood is from my sinuses. nothing is helping it though.

Cough: It's somewhat concerning that your symptoms are difficulty breathing along with bloody mucous. If you have chronic sinus problems it is possible that the mucous is from there, but i would be sure to get a chest xray and a lung evaluation to be certain this isn't a primary lung problem.
