Some times when i sniff and spit it through mouth the mucus have thick traces of blood. also some times i got bloody nasal particles or fresh blood from nose happened usually with in day of spitting. no cough and soar throat after this episode help?

You may have a sinus infection. An upper respiratory infection or asthma. This is called hemoptysis, cold and dry air in winter can cause damaged blood vessels from lack of moisture and blowing nose. See an ENT specialist for exam and possible treatment.
