Big picture: All the basic nutrients are helpful, especially in our era when many diets are marginal at best. Be sure you're not hypothyroid, anemic, suffering from sleep apnea / restless legs, in a rough or abusive social situation, or with a host of other illnesses. Study the subjects you find most interesting, preview / do problems before lecture, and get help from a learning expert.
