Tough, isn't it?: Try to distract yourself by drinking some herbal tea or ice water. Get up and take a walk. Try to delay your snacking by distracting yourself. If you must have something, make it a healthy selection - and try to avoid your 'trigger foods' that will lead you into trouble!
