Postprandial: This sounds like the familiar "postprandial syndrome." it's fairly common; you may try limiting your caffeine and carbohydrate intake, and at your next physician office visit discuss this. A bit of a simple carbohydrate can help relieve the symptoms; i had this especially when i was in med school and managed it with raisins. Good luck.
