Maybe: Pregnancy can cause your gums to be redder, more inflamed and swollen. So can poor oral, hygiene and other factors. If you are concerned about being pregnant get a pregnancy test. If you are concerned about the health of your gums see your dentist.

Pregnancy and gums: If you are pregnant you will experience hormonal changes if you develop gum problems then you can develop a problem called "pregnancy gingivitis" so please keep your mouth clean so you don't develop problems because of thes changes.
