Gum disease: Gingivitis is the most common cause of the bleeding, swollen red gums that give you a tingling sensations. The bacteria and other particles, constantly form a sticky, colorless toxic “plaque” on teeth causing the gums to become inflamed and to easily bleed. This is a serious problem, which should be checked and treated by a dentist ASAP. Take a good care.

Tiungling sensation: Can be caused by allergic response to ingrdiats in your toothpaste. Try brushing without toothpaste for a week or two and see if you get relief. If not, may be due to gum disease, allergic response to Meds/OTC's/Supplements/Foods. Your Dentist can help guide you in the right direction.
