Maybe mucocoele: Might be a harmless mucocoele. But, i would get it looked at by a doctor or a dentist.

Get check: Please go to your dentist ANS have evaluated. If a lesion is in the mouth for more than 2 weeks, it shoul be biopsy and evaluated.
