my tongue was bit on really hard, and now it hurts! i have a small white bump on the end of my tongue and i always find myself playing with it. help!?

Very common to: play with that bump on your tongue that is there because you bit it hard and caused some trauma and perhaps bleeding, and some inflammatory tissue built up in area causing a bump. that will go away, may take couple weeks. in the meantime try not to play with it-:).
