Your condition is very concerning as both infection and inflammation are indicated. However, the most important is what is causing the current condition--both blood vessels and nerves are involved at this point. Once the mouth bacteria gain entry into the blood, the mouth problem spread fast to all other organs. Please visit your dentist ASAP, or you may be faced with a serious medical condition.
