Was told i have a cyst, or a lesion on my right kidney, i been having pains in that area, what should i do?

Kidney: A simple cyst on the kidney is of no concern. A lesion could be any abnormal finding, including a cyst. The important distinction would be if the radiologist called it a mass. Discuss details with your doctor. You can get some blood and urine tests as well. Further imaging like a ct scan can also evaluate for stones and ureteral problems.
