Urologist: Nephrologists are "medical" kidney doctors that don 't get involved in surgical intervention. It would be best to f/u with a urologist; best early treatment/management is observation. No intervention is typically warranted until the lesion is well over 5 cm in diameter. At greater than 10 cm, there is a higher risk of spontaneous rupture. Tx can be excision/nephrectomy/rfa/cryotherapy/embolization.

Angiomyolipoma: Small angiomyolipoma are generally not hazardous. See a urologist first. An experienced interventional radiologist can perform cryoablation of these small tumors.
