Pain?: During sleep pain may increase as the constant pressure provided by a prosthetic is removed. Using a shrinker sock at might help. If using the shrinker sock is not helpful medical evaluation may be necessary to determine cause and treatment.

Phantom pain : Phantom limb pain can disrupt sleep but most improve over a few months. If her's isn't check with your MD for treatment options - anywhere from massage therapy, TENs units to scramble nerve signals, physical therapy, biofeedback treatment to occasionally medications. Sometimes a second surgery to reduce scar tissue irritating area may be necessary.
