How to relieve bug bite on three yr old. tried hydrocortisone, cool cloth, tylenol (acetaminophen). son can't sleep because of it. gets welts from bug bites.

Antihistamines: in addition to what you have done, is it a mosquito bite or a bedbug, or was it a bee or ant sting, if getting this exaggerated reaction every time, or has other symptoms such shortness of breath or hives all over, better see an allergist, check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in your area
