Several ways: First get a good evaluation with an integrative psychiatrist, along with good education like dr. Adelstein wrote about. Any nutritional issues can be corrected, and your lifestyle can be explored for any issues there. If using any stimulants at all, stop them. Find classes & practice with yoga, meditation, or tai chi. Classical homeopathy with a well-trained homeopath can be an option also.
