Can an anxiety disorder & depression still be treated later in life? after many years im finally seeking help but i dont even know whats wrong or what will even fix me. i dont want to die i just dont want to live like this anymore?

Yes: It is critical that you start with your doc as many times medical conditions are also present. If established already with a psychologist or psychiatrist, that will be your best starting point. If you are 26, that is not later in life. It is understandable to feel lost, you need help.

See doctor: It is never too late to look after your health. Start with a primary care provider and if need be consult a psychiatrist. In the meantime, start exercising. Begin with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity so that you sweat profusely. It may take a few months for the full effect. Wish you good health!
