No: There is not. Getting a bunch of tests to screen for cancer at your age may find problems which are not real. Chasing after this problems can cause harm. The only reason to screen you would be if you have a family member who has had cancer. Breast cancer and colon cancer in the family both would be reasons to screen earlier, especially if that family member had the cancer young.
