Absolutely: You need to see your doctor and let them know what your concerns are. Depending on what they are, the appropriate screening and testing can take place.

Depends: It is not possible to test randomly for any and all types of cancer. However, if you are experiencing symptoms, it is certainly worth seeing a doctor. For example a mass or lump, unexplained weight loss can be symptoms of cancer. At a young age like 30, many cancers are unusual, although some can occur in young people.

Why are you scared?: Are you scared about cancer in general? If so, and if you don't have any symptoms, there is no way to be tested for cancer. But if you have a lump somewhere, or symptoms that make you think you may have cancer, see a doctor. He or she will do appropriate tests to check out your symptoms. It's rare for a 30-year-old to develop cancer, but in men your age testicular cancer can occur.
