If you have gum infection & it's successfully treated when having taken antibiotics does tooth still need to come out?

Depends: A gum infection is a serious problem and it will depend upon how much damage has occurred to the support for your teeth. Check with your dentist to see if they offer the perio protect method as that seems to be the best way to stop the disease and control the bone loss so you can keep your teeth.
