Infection may remain: Although you have been taking antibiotics, it sounds like the sinus infection is not cleared up. You may want to speak with your MD or pharmacist about trying a different antibiotic regimen.

See an ENT: Yes, a recurrent sinus infection or inflammation can cause a toothache, especially maxillary molars, which are close to the sinuses. Be sure to see your doctor or an ENT for diagnosis and treatment options.

Sinus\tooth pain: Speak to your ENT specialist regarding this. You might need a different antibiotic and decongestants or other treatment. The dental pain may or may not be related to the sinus issue. Therefore you should be further evaluated by both you own dentist and ENT doctor. These issues are not always easily remedied.
