TRAUMA?: You sound like something bad happened and you wish it hadn't. When it's bad enough it becoes ptsd or something partly like that. And yes, there are ways to recover from even that. Hard alone. No shame to get help with problems. Check with a therapist and ask what you can do with this. My patients usually make things better.
