Unlikely. : Human memory facility and capacity does decline with age, especially working memory, but it is unlikely at age 27. Stress affects attention (which determines what info even makes it to working and longer term memory stores), memory capacity, and sleep. When overtaxed many tasks and details get lost in the fray. Together work on taking some steps toward greater health and work-family balance!
