Stress free: Some degree of stress is necessary. The idea is to not experience more than you have to chronically. Surges of Adrenalin and corticosteroids help us be more adaptive in the moment. Deep abdominal breathing, mindful meditation, and regulating your physical/mental states moderates stress. Thinking positively about stress is helpful. "i am overwhelmed' to "goal is worry just enough to do my job well.
