Meditation: There are several forms of meditation that include mantras. A couple are transcendental meditation, and also dr. Deepak chopra's primordial sound meditation. There is some training and practice involved. I'm not sure the goal is as much to be "stress free" as to be able to work with stress when it arises. Stresses cause less anguish when your mind is calmed through these practices.
