Not Stress Free: First, there are 2 types of stress - eustress & distress. Eustress is when something good happens (like buying a new house but is still stressful) being stress-free is pretty much impossible but learning how to manage it is possible. Find time to do something you really enjoy every day to get your mind off the stresses & away from the stressors. Exercise, eat right, rest, read, music, etc all help.

Stress: Exercise daily for 40 to 50 minutes, eat a plant based diet, sleep 7 to 8 hours a night, maintain positive relationships and you will be more resilient in the face of stress. Best.
