Would start cardio: If weight loss is primarily desired, then starting a regular scheduled cardio type program would be recommended first. Would work up to 45 minutes 5-6 days per week.- dont start out with this- will burn you out :o) there is nothing wrong with incorporating a weightlifting regimen at the same time- more muscle = more fat burning.
