Many: Blood clots can result in ECG abnormalities such as s1q3t3 or a right bundle branch block (from pulmonary embolism), Q waves (from a blood clot in the coronary arteries), or inverted t waves/prolonged qt/u waves (due to blood clot in brain). Ecg conditions can cause blood clots also- low ejection fraction, and atrial fibrillation would lead this list.
