If i stand up and my hr goes to 120+ and then goes back down right when i sit down, does that mean that i have pots? my ekg was normal besides d dimer (blood clot ruled out) and frontal axis t was 15 degrees. what on a ekg would indicate pots?

ECG does not help in the diagnosis of POTS.I do not understand your comment about D dimer. Diagnosis of POTS depends on a detailed history and examination. Your doctor may be able to provide you with answers for your questions after a detailed history and evaluation.
