I went to the immediate care yesterday for heart palpitations did complete blood workup troponin,ekg dimer, CBC , chest X-ray, all test were normal. Noticed I have a mild cough for a couple of days no fever or could this be early Covad?

Obese with a resting heart rate that goes down to 50bpm. I heard that is not normal, and may indicate heart blockage or MVP. HR elevates to 140bpm when exercising. Ekg's, stress, blood ( troponin I < 0.02) X-ray are normal. What could be wrong?
