What are the best tips to regain a persons sitting balance after suffering a brain injury?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Neuro-otology: It is not uncommon for a patient to have balance problems after brain injury. This may be related to damage to the semi-circular canals in the temporal bones. This is part of the vestibular apparatus that controls balance. If this does not improve over time, there are very sophisticated methods to visualize this and test this region--this is the specialty of neuro-otology.
