Medication is not a: Cure but it can help decrease u symptoms . Usually ssri is a good choice.

Careful: You must be careful with antidepressants. Of the available ones, seratonin reuptake inhibitors are probably the safest. i.e. Prozac, Zoloft (sertraline). Other antidepressants such as tricyclic antidepressants and buproprion have the possibility of causing seizures i brain injured individuals.
