See dentist ASAP: The effects of rinsing with Lidocaine should only last about an hour or so. If you are still felling numb days later, then something else is going on and you should have it evaluated.

It shouldn't be: Lidocaine does not last that long. It only stops nerves from working for 1-1.5 hours. The jaw numbness is from something else.
