Numb tingling sensation that starts around front right side of head and goes towards back of head. Also needle like pain at one spot then sore 2 touch?

Needle headache: hello ~ this sounds like fairly typical tension headache. Try ibuprofen 400mg OTC 3 x a day for a few days and if not better please go see your PCP thanks
