Needs to be evaluate: It is difficult to tell you what is causing your symptoms of tingling sensation, needle like pain and sore to touch.We need detailed history as to exact location of pain and how long you have had and if you have tried any therapy so far.Any associated symptoms in eyes and any relation to your periods and how often this happens.You need physical exam and may need other tests if indicated.See MD
