Old hematoma!: Nothing to worry about as long as you don't develop other symptoms and the lump does not continue to enlarge!

Bump on head: Could be local and usually non malignant,reaction by bone and surrouding tissue to trauma. Or, local lipoma that happens to be there. BUT better to check w/dermatolotist to rule out the unlikely more serious ca.
