That is pretty drast: Such drastic measures are not practical for long term weight control. So eat half way decently like about 1000 to 1200 calories a day, exercise daily and you will lose about 1 pound a week. That should be your goal. As they say.." slow and steady wins the race" you have to be practical as weight control is a long term discipline in eatimng properly and staying healthy.
