Not the best: without an exam, I can only give general information, and while I can say that you are not fat, I cannot say if you are thin (depends on how much muscle). Your amount of fat at 130lb, 55 is healthy. A significant loss (20 pounds) is UNhealthy. Cutting calories by itself loses muscle mass, promotes a starvation response (lowr metabolism; harder to lose weight), and lowers nutrients/vitamins.
