Control your carbs: Congratulations on your success! now it's time to put positive lifestyle habits in place that will keep you healthy (that's how you get to a proper weight). The bottom line is to eat real food. There are 2 good places to go to learn what that means: primal and paleo lifestyles. Stop counting calories and start controlling starches and sugars (no more than 100 grams of total carbs/day).
