Well neck pain and: Headaches are sometimes related and then again sometimes not related. The issue is if you have any other signs or symptoms which might be important. If for instance your friends notice you are weak or dizzy or have an unequal pupil or you have double vision these are all signs that you might need to see a doctor. If you have any changes in consciousness or seizures - definitely see a doctor.
