Long time: May was a long time ago, so i wouldn't be too concerned about a life-threatening injury manifesting itself now. You may be having headaches as a result of muscle tightness and tension. If you are a "conventional" medicine type of person, you may want to take some advil (ibuprofen) and ask your doctor about a muscle relaxant. If you at an "alternative medicine" type, see a massage therapist or chiropractor.

Only some: The car accident caused neck strain. The best treatment would be exercises for strength, flexibiity, and range of motion for the rest of your life. The headaches are most likely tension headaches related to the neck strain. If you can get in the best possible physical condition from now on -- knowing what you know -- you could possibly decrease the frequency, intensity, and duration of headaches.

Neck pain and HA: HA, or headache, often relates to neck pain. With most whip lash injuries, there is muscle soreness that is worse with movement. Neck pain sometimes radiates to the back and top of the head. The muscles are needed to support the head and neck, and it is easy for them to feel tired or worse. I would not be concerned if you have been checked carefully for other injuries.
