Everyte i stand up after 15 minutes i get a severe headache the only way it goes is if i lay back down. what do i do? i also have neck pain.

Headache: As you are having pain in the neck also, it could be arising form the neck. Neck joints may need to be checked out for any arthritis or exaggerated curves curves causing strain on the muscles. Other causes of head also need be considered in the differential diagnosis like vascular headache, tension headache, headache related to intracranial lesions etc
