Every since they gave me a epidural after having my daughter 3 months ago my back has been trying to lock up and my neck hurts and the pain gives me a extreme headache. after i had her i couldn't sit very long and it hurt so bad to get up?

You may be part of the small percentage of patients who have long term back pain and headaches after epidural anesthesia. For diagnostic clarity and advice, I think you'd have to consult both an orthopedic specialist to evaluate your back symptoms and a neurologist to diagnose the type of headaches you're experiencing and advise you. Appropriate testing will be done,if advisable.
